She’s the hopeless romantic. The world traveler. Always moving, always feeling, always searching for the person who can share the view — who’ll stay until the good thing ends, who’ll feel it as deeply as she does.

She’s been everywhere. And everywhere she goes, she takes a piece of it home and puts it into the music. World Indie Rock that sounds exactly like that: the foreign and the familiar, the places she’s been and the feelings she carried there.

But then came Romania. And she thought she’d found it. She didn’t. Paris of the East is what came from that — eleven songs, a love story, a travel story, and the truest thing she’s ever made.

She didn’t come out of it smaller. She never does.
